How long does the hiring process typically take?

Our process typically consists of maximum three steps! The first is an introduction interview. Second step an assessment (only for deeply technical roles). And then finishing of the process with a final interview. The process generally takes 2 to 3 weeks depending on your availability as well.

What should I prepare for a first interview?

The first interview will mostly focus on introducing you to LINKITSYSTEMS and for us to get a first idea of your skills and ambitions. Make sure ahead of the interview you have done a little bit of research about what we do and prepare some questions you want to have answered in the interview.

I have some questions regarding a vacancy, who do I contact?

Our recruitment team will happily answer any questions you might have. You can reach them through recruitment@linkit.nl.

Will interviews be conducted remotely or in office?

The first interview with the recruiter will be done online. The interview after this one depends on who is in the interview but generally will be in our office in Centurion.

What opportunities are there for learning?

Unlimited! No seriously, we offer our Explorers(employees) unlimited possibilities. This is an open policy regarding personal development (events, training, study material) and up to 10% of your time (one Friday every two weeks) to spend on learning, getting certified and side-projects together with your colleagues from The Netherlands, Germany and South Africa! This day once every other week is called our Clubday and starts with a companywide update after which your day is focused on knowledge and development, either learning new things or sharing knowledge with the team!

What is LINKITSYSTEM's policy on work location?

We work in a hybrid way. Meaning you can work both from home and the office. The amount of days you would need to be at a office depend on your team and project.

Welcome aboard the virtual elevator to LINKITSYSTEMS! We kick off with a virtual MS Teams introduction - just you, a recruiter, and our digital avatars. In the first half, we'll tell you all the ins and outs about LINKITSYSTEMS, painting a vivid picture of our incredible work environment. And then... ... it's your time to shine! We're excited to learn more about your professional experience and future goals. we're all ears!

2: Show us what you've got!

Now, this might not happen every time, but be prepared for a secret mission. It's assessment time! No clock-watching here, you set your pace. Once done, we'll dissect your work and throw some constructive feedback your way.

3: Round 2: Ding, Ding, Ding!

If you've charmed us in round one, it's time to meet a part of the squad. This will be your future squadlead joined by a team member. They'll poke around your tech skills, project prowess, and of course, answer your burning questions. Remember, some chit-chat about your assessment could sneak into this round too, so keep that in mind. And yes, this is the last part of your journey, so prep your questions to get crystal clear insights!

4: The journey begins!

If the interviews went well, then comes the exciting bit - The Offer! We pop the question, "Will you join us at LINKITSYSTEMS?" and extend the golden ticket, aka our employment contract. Congrats, you've made it to the end, and we're thrilled to welcome you to our squad of explorers.
