Must haves and nice to haves are:

A completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Informatics or Applied Sciences, or similar studies
A minimum of 4 years experience in the Mendix field
Obtained certificate: Mendix Advanced Developer, or willing to get this certification
Extensive knowledge of System integration, Data Modeling & UX
Experience with agile work (SCRUM)
Experience with Java or JavaScript is a plus
Extensive knowledge of software architecture
Fluent in English; both in writing as in word
