We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Specialist to join our team and work on a great international project with one of our Dutch Enterprise Clients. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain SAC dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAC.
- Connect SAC to various data sources (SAP and non-SAP), ensuring secure and efficient data integration.
- Optimize existing SAC content for performance, usability, and accuracy.
- Maintain and enhance security roles and access controls within the SAC environment.
- Support end users with training, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Stay current with SAP SAC updates and new features to ensure continuous improvement of the platform.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to support enterprise reporting initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of BI concepts, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
- Familiarity with SAC features such as story creation, data wrangling, planning models, and smart insights.
- Experience with connecting SAC to SAP BW, SAP HANA, or other data sources.
- Basic understanding of data security and authorization concepts in SAC.
- Good communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAC Planning features and workflows.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, or SAP BusinessObjects.
- Knowledge of scripting in SAC (e.g., advanced calculations using formulas).
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams
